The signature Daintree saltwater whole crispy baby barramundi is farmed in Wonga Beach and delivered fresh daily. They also do a terrific spiced tempura soft-shell crab on green papaya salad, handmade pasta, Black Angus sirloin steak, and chocolate sapote and mandarin mousse cake. Bistro 3's Sunday brunch is the perfect hangover cure, and any time of day, they'll mix you a mean specialty cocktail. A reservation isn't technically essential, but it's a very good idea.
