The small selection of simple dishes here is beautifully prepared from 90% local ingredients (including certified organic meat, poultry, and rice) in what former owner Lien Yeomans refers to as "Modern Classic Vietnamese" style (the new owners have, thankfully, retained the old chef). Among the most popular choices are grilled lemon-myrtle prawns, Hanoi-style bouillabaisse, and Emperor pork. Lunches are available on Friday; best to book ahead.
