This modern restaurant in the Sheraton Mirage is one of the classier dining spots in Port Douglas. Eat indoors in air-conditioned comfort or outdoors surrounded by swimming lagoons. Mediterranean-style dishes are prepared with fresh seafood and local produce and artfully presented. Try the signature oven-roasted whole baby barramundi in a Malaysian paste with a tropically flavored risotto, or the seasonal Mossman prawns, and don't miss the soufflé of the day.
