Fodor's Review:

The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Trinity Inlet at this Hilton Cairns restaurant make you feel like you're dining right in the middle of the water. The decor is bright, with tropical greenery. A sumptuous seafood and Mediterranean buffet is available nightly, and a table d'hôte menu featuring North Queensland's specialties changes regularly.
