Fodor's Review:
Consistently rated as the best restaurant in town, this petite eatery serves innovative food to a loyal following. The white-columned entry leads into a maroon-and-eggplant dining room, where an open kitchen and bar await. The menu lists a wide selection of seasonally changing, Mediterranean- and Asian-inspired dishes, which use local produce and are beautifully presented. Superb choices include field mushrooms on olive toast with arugula, truffle oil, and lemon; salmon poached in tomato, chili, and lemongrass broth; crab ravioli; and mussels. For dessert, the buttermilk panna cotta with passion-fruit syrup is wonderful. Pay attention to the waiter's suggestions for accompanying wines.
