A restored 1890s building listed on the National Heritage Register houses this stylish boutique hotel. The Perth landmark retains all the original design elements of the era, including a grand staircase and elevator, along with contemporary accommodations and facilities. The elegant Melbourne Restaurant serves top-notch Australian cuisine; you can have a drink in the Melbourne Bar, or a snack and coffee at M Café.
