Fodor's Review:

Within walking distance of Perth's central business district, this hotel on the Swan River is both comfortable and convenient. Standard rooms are spacious, while the higher-priced Regency Club rooms and suites (on the top two floors) have stunning views, complimentary Continental breakfast, and evening drinks and canapés. The Conservatory, a sitting area with tasteful cane furniture and a fountain under a large domed atrium, is a civilized spot for relaxing.
