Marine Terrace

Fodor's Review:

Seagulls squawk overhead, boat horns blare in the distance, and the tangy scent of the sea permeates the air along Marine Terrace. Walk across Esplanade Park to Mews Road where you can visit the Kidogo Arthouse, a gallery and arts center, or linger over fresh fish-and-chips as you watch the tide roll in from the old seawall. Or you can just dangle your feet from the wooden jetty that was rebuilt on the spot where it stood in the days of tall ships.
