Fodor's Review:
The signature dish at this lovely lakefront restaurant is the local marron -- served grilled with roasted baby potatoes and a lime-and-chive beurre blanc. Another sure bet is the whole baked rainbow trout, with fennel bulb, asparagus, and tomoato buerre blanc.
