A great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch when driving across the mountains, this unassuming little café and food store in a former post office opposite the railway station at Medlow Bath has a loyal local fan base. The Reuben (corned beef on rye with cheese and spicy slaw) and steak sandwiches receive particular praise here, and the toasted fig and cranberry bread is worth trying. There is a range of gourmet produce on sale as well.
