Fodor's Review

A small, smart hotel on a Potts Point street lined with budget accommodations, the Victoria Court is appealing for more than just its reasonable rates. Hand-painted tiles and etched-glass doors recall the hotel's Victorian ancestry, yet the rooms come with the modern blessings of en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. Most rooms have marble fireplaces, some have four-poster beds, and a few have balconies overlooking Victoria Street. The leafy courtyard is the perfect

place to have breakfast (which is included) and read the morning paper.

Really Special

We were recommended by friends to stay at the Victoria Court and booked a deluxe room because we wanted something special. What a charming place! The location is very good; handy to all sightseeing and good restaurants in the area. If ever we will be going back to Sydney we will stay there again.

As good as ever

Five years ago we stayed at the Victoria Court and on this trip we booked it again because we liked it so much back then. Luckily nothing has changed and we had a very good stay. We loved having breakfast in the sun-filled courtyard conservatory. We hope that Victoria Court will be there again on our next trip. Don't know when though.

Quaint Wonderful Place

We don´t like large, impersonal hotels and were looking for a quaint little place and found Victoria Court. It was exactly the way we expected it. Very helpful and welcoming staff who gave us great advice on where to go and what to do. Can be recommended to everyone.

Great Location, Good Value!

We just stayed at the Victoria Court and had a fantastic stay. The place has a lot of charm and character and is in a good location, near to everything. We had a quiet room and the owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. There are a lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. One just opposite, which is called Mezzaluna, where we had dinner one night. When one enters the restaurant, one is overwhelmed by the most amazing views; the

whole city skyline. The food and service where exquisite. Our stay was very enjoyable and we recommend Victoria Court to anyone.

We will be back!

We loved Victoria Court and have stayed there two times so far. Great location, close to the harbour and Opera House and a lot of good restaurants in the area, yet it is very quiet. Very nice and lovely interior, feels cozy and warm. The owners are very helpful and genuine people. We'll definitely go back again.
