Sydney Harbour Marriott Review
This modern high-rise hotel is a minute's walk from Circular Quay, a two-minute stroll from The Rocks, and a short distance from Pitt Street's best shopping. Many rooms have harbor views, with the best vistas from the executive rooms on the top five floors and the executive lounge on the 30th floor. In 2011, as part of a A$20 million upgrade, rooms were refurbished to include new 42-inch flat screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and iPod docking stations, along with new decor that is fresher and more contemporary. A drink in the historic Customs Bar is always a lively affair, while Icon's Brasserie is popular not only for its seafood buffet (A$42 lunch, A$45 dinner midweek; more expensive on Friday and Saturday), but also its wine buffet, which means a bottomless glass of wine costs A$24 at lunch and A$29 at dinner.
