Fodor's Review:

Although its name might imply modernity, the rooms and furnishings are slightly Victorian (and spotless) at this small inn. Standard rooms are modest in size, but the suites have more space and comfort at just a moderately higher rate. A family suite with a kitchen and space for six is also available. The hotel is separated from the city center by Fitzroy Gardens and is about a 12-minute walk from Spring Street.
