This historic 1883 structure is one of the most interesting and comfortable apartment hotels in the city. It's just steps from the Parliament building and is surrounded by excellent restaurants and theaters. The modern, comfortable accommodations contain washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers. The studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments face a courtyard with a 60-foot pool and a century-old palm tree.
