Oriental Restaurant

Fodor's Review:

This Asian establishment, a Hayman staff favorite, overlooks a tranquil Japanese garden, complete with rock pools and waterfalls, a teahouse, and dining platforms. Menu choices include exotic and classic pan-Asian creations like hoi man poo (Thai-style mussels in black-bean sauce) and shark-fin soup.
