La Fontaine

Fodor's Review:

With Waterford crystal chandeliers and Louis XVI furnishings, this elegant restaurant, open at least twice a week for dinner, is the resort's culinary showpiece. Its fine "modern European" cuisine has a definite French accent. Live music generally accompanies dinner. A private dining room, with the option of designing your own menu in consultation with the resort's chef, is available.
