Hamilton Island Reef View Hotel

Fodor's Review:

This hotel only lives up to its name on the higher floors; rooms on the fifth floor and above have spectacular vistas of the Coral Sea, while those on the lower levels overlook a landscaped, tropical garden. All have private balconies. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although decor in many looks dated. Suites on the 19th floor were refurbished in 2006: the new-look split-level accommodations have simple blond-wood dining settings, neutral-toned soft furnishings, flat-screen TVs, ocean views, and access to a private terrace and lap pool. Terrace Suites have their own outdoor hot tubs. Suite guests get complimentary hire of tennis and squash courts. Stay four or more nights, and you get daily buffet breakfasts for free.
