Fodor's Review:

Hamilton Island has a complimentary introductory scuba course including instruction, equipment, and a guided dive. If you're already qualified, you can rent your own equipment for trips out to the reef. A day trip including two dives with H2O Sportz, the island's dive shop, is A$265. Also available are glass-bottom boat tours of the reef that run A$40 during the day and A$50 at night.
