Fodor's Review:

Colorfully decorated, with whimsical touches like starfish-and-shell-embedded toilet seats, pewter mermaid statues perched on rocks, and outsized marine mobiles and murals, this family-friendly resort has a staff that's youthful and cheerful. Spacious condo-style garden- or ocean-view apartments have modern cane and blond-wood furniture, cool terra-cotta-tile floors, and beach-theme fabrics; suites have hot tubs. Resort activities vary from fish-feeding at the ocean-fed living reef that meanders through the resort, to snorkeling, windsurfing, or parasailing. A mere A$10 per player, the million-dollar, Australiana-themed 19-hole mini-golf course at the island's southern end is bargain-priced hilarity. Here, you can also catch new-release movies on a gigantic beachfront screen (deckchairs and blankets provided). Breakfast is included in most room packages. Child care is available at additional cost: drop the kids off and head out on a day cruise, or to the 16-room Daydream Rejuvenation Spa.
