The major banks in Canberra are the National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Westpac, and St. George. All have branches in all the main shopping precincts of Civic, Belconnen, Woden, Dickson, Coolemon Court, and Tuggeranong. ATMs are in shopping malls, gas and transportation stations, hotels, and clubs. Most ATMs take credit cards as well as bank cards. There are money-changing facilities at Canberra Airport, and American Express and Thomas Cook have offices in the city.
