Fodor's Review:
Creative food served in spacious, stylish surroundings is the specialty of this popular Canberra restaurant on the city's outer edge. The seasonal menu has such dreamy dishes as prawn-crusted salmon served with a mushroom velouté and poached oysters. Leave room for the decadent chocolate-and-almond fondant with bitter caramel ice cream. The wine cellar here is impressive, and you can sample vintages of Australian and overseas wines by the bottle or glass.
