Visitor Information

In Alice Springs the Central Australian Tourism Industry Association (weekdays 8:30-5:30, weekends 9-4) dispenses information, advice, and maps and will book tours and cars.

The Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre is on the park road just before you reach the rock. It also contains the park's ranger station. The Cultural Centre is open daily 7-6. The Ayers Rock Visitor Centre next to the Desert Gardens Hotel on Yulara Drive is open daily 9-5:30.
