Fodor's Review:

Just down the road from Watarrka National Park, this well-equipped, 500,000-acre cattle station offers every possible means by which to enjoy the area, from camel rides to helicopter tours. Accommodation is in 25 permanent tents with shared facilities, and includes the bushman's-style breakfast of greasy bacon, eggs, and toast. There are also cooking facilities to prepare your own meals, and plenty of campsites.
