You can drink in a leafy vineyard view while tasting among the wine barrels in this understated cellar door. Winemaker Rick Burge's best include the powerful yet elegant Draycott Shiraz and Olive Hill shiraz-grenache-mourvedre blend. There is also sometimes A Nice Red -- read the label!
