Fodor's Review:
"Stewy" the parrot chatters a welcome as you stroll from rose-studded gardens into the tasting room at St. Hallett Wines, one of the region's best. The signature Old Block Shiraz, a classic and fantastic Australian red, is harvested from century-old vines. Poacher's Blend Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc is another good sampling choice.
