Fodor's Review:

Views, luxury, service, and location (right next to the Festival Centre) define this landmark atrium-style city hotel. Contemporary textures and hues decorate the octagonal rooms in the four towers; the best views are from the riverside sections above the eighth floor. Four Regency Club floors include separate concierge service and complimentary Continental breakfast. The first-rate Blake's, Shiki, and Riverside restaurants all provide room service.
