Perched atop the monolithic Desert Cave Hotel, this eatery named after the hotel's founding developer is Coober Pedy's most urbane restaurant. The Mod-Oz menu takes you from the Outback (oven-baked kangaroo loin with grilled figs) to the sea (lemon sole).
