Fodor's Review:
The interior of this restaurant is an almost clinical interpretation of minimalism, with scalpel-blade-edge furnishings -- yet the food is as imaginative as it gets. The quick-witted, friendly twentysomething staff serve up such pleasures as pecorino and hazelnut soufflé with baby celery leaves and shredded apple, and twice cooked crisp pork belly served with chili pineapple and caramel sauce. This place also has one of the best breakfasts in town; don't miss the roast Swiss brown mushrooms with thyme, olive toast, and truffle Parmesan.
