$$$$, Eclectic, Queenstown
Fodor's Review:
Originally, it was exactly that -- a 1911 Victorian bathhouse, right on the beach, built to commemorate the coronation of Britain's King George V. Now, it's a casual café in the mornings and afternoons, and a full-fledged restaurant for dinner. The surroundings remain Victorian, but the kitchen is up-to-date, offering starters such as a mille-feuille of wild rabbit ragout and mains such as the sea-run salmon and the wild Blenheim hare. The waterfront location is superb.
