Fodor's Review:

In 1941 a grocer's shop stood on this site, run by a Croatian, Joseph Jakicevich, who also made his own wine. Today, three generations on, his descendants run this lively and stylish wine and tapas bar in the same building, alongside one of the wineshops in their Glengarry chain. A photo of Dida, Croatian for "Grandfather," hangs on the wall in the company of many family photos, and it is likely you'll be served by one of his great-grandchildren. Befitting such wine specialists, more than 100 wines are offered by the glass to accompany a menu of around 18 different tapas, such as chorizo sausage cooked in Merlot and bay leaf, meatballs in sherry tomato sauce, and salt-cod croquets. Locals love it, so you may need to arrive early to get a table.
