Fodor's Review:
The small hotel is elevated to an art form in this stylish, intricately designed building. Striking glass doors at the entryway take you into a minimalist foyer, which then leads to coffee-and-cream-color guest rooms that are a study in simplicity. Furnishings blend 1950s classics with European imports, although the relentless pursuit of style sometimes intrudes into the comfort zone (for example, rooms lack comfortable chairs). If you don't mind suffering slightly for fashion's sake, though, there's no better address. Tech junkies will appreciate the wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, and fitness fanatics can utilize free passes to a nearby gym.
