$$-$$$, Australian, Central Canberra and Northern Suburbs
Fodor's Review:
There's something restful about looking out over the water of Lake Burley Griffin as you dine on the superb food of this modern, airy restaurant. High ceilings give the restaurant a spacious, open feel, and tall windows provide lovely views of the lake. Unusual and innovative choices include roasted kangaroo fillet served with lemon-balm salad and a spicy garlic sauce. Several excellent Australian wines are on hand to complement your meal. Leave room for scrumptious desserts like Black Forest brûlée with kirsch cream.
