Sleek and glossy, this city-center Italian restaurant is the fashionable gathering place for Canberra's smart set. The menu varies from robust pasta dishes and pizzas to char-grilled salmon with arugula and balsamic vinegar, grilled Italian sausages with truffle-oil mashed potato, and grilled vegetables in a red-wine sauce. Pizzas from the wood-fired oven make for good casual dining at a modest price. The espresso enjoys a reputation as Canberra's finest.
