$-$$, Australian, Alice Springs
Fodor's Review:
This exposed-brick and red-walled restaurant feels more urban than other Alice eateries, and prides itself on being the only Red Centre restaurant with a bistro-style blackboard menu, which changes daily. Seafood is always featured; you might get to try seared tuna or whole grilled flounder. There's also usually a kangaroo dish -- such as steak with coriander, bok choy, and red wine sauce. Ask your waitperson to recommend a bottle from the extensive, pan-Australian wine list.
