Located in the tourist area just south of Perfume River, this quaint yet kitschy restaurant is decorated from top to bottom in pink, along with paintings by local artist Hoang Phong. But it's the exceptional service, traditional Hue dishes, and good value that draw in repeat customers each night. Local specialties include fried pancakes, noodle soup with seafood, rice flour in banana leaves, and grilled pork in a clay pot. Most dishes are served with lotus-seed fried rice. The eight-course set menu is less than $10 and concludes with a sweet mango soup. Request a table on the more private second floor.
