In a beautifully renovated French Colonial villa that evokes the romance of a bygone age, Café If serves up MSG-free Vietnamese fare with a slight French influence. The leafy courtyard is a great spot for a pre-dinner cocktail before taking a seat in the main dining room, formerly the villa's grand salon. The prix-fixe lunch, geared toward busy office workers, can be great value. The extensive dinner menu can be quite daunting, but don't be afraid to ask for some assistance.
