Yak's Head Tibet (Niutou Zangcan)

Fodor's Review

In the middle of Walking Street, this restaurant has the most extensive Tibetan menu in town (think momo dumplings and yak cheese). Only a few words on the menu have been translated into English, but luckily there's also a photograph of every dish. The few Western dishes are best avoided. Look for the sign with a huge carved yak's head above the entrance.
