This show piece of the Hilton property in Pattaya is discreet and chic, sophisticated dinning at its very best. The decor is chic, the feeling intimate, and the vibe is very romantic. The food is mainly modern classic. The central theme is steak and seafood, but there is also plenty of variety. The service is ultra attentive, slick, and professional. The Hilton pushes the wine collection as Flare's main selling point, and with good reason. There is a large selection of fine wines to choose from. For the quality of service and the quality of the food, this restaurant is one of the very best in Pattaya.
