If you're looking to detox on vacation, this is the spot—and if you aren't, well, it probably isn't. The hotel offers three different programs of varying intensity: a cleansing program that includes some vegetarian food for newbies; a mostly-raw-foods program; and a fasting regime for the truly committed. You'll find the best yoga on the island here. Rooms here are simple, cute, and—surprise, surprise—relaxing. Pros: prime yoga facilities; unique concept. Cons: no fun if you're not detoxing; pricey.
