This small resort, with both wooden and concrete bungalows on Leela Beach, is a short walk from Haad Rin. All the concrete rooms have outdoor showers and baths, hot water, air-conditioning, and hammocks, while some of the wooden bungalows have only cold water and fans and none of the other standard amenities like TVs or minibars. The rooms are behind the pool, and although none of them are beachfront, almost all have ocean views. The two suites have large stone bathtubs that look over cozy living rooms, across the decks, and out to the sea. The spa, which is right on the beach, provides excellent massages while you listen to the waves lap the shore. This is a family-run resort that genuinely tries to make you feel welcome and help you enjoy your stay. Pros: lots of ocean views; friendly place. Cons: could be more central; cheapest rooms not comfortable.
