South of Chawaeng is Coral Cove, popular with scuba divers. It's not as idyllic as it once was, because unthinking travelers have trampled the beautiful coral while wading through the water (and worse, many have broken off pieces to take home as souvenirs). To see the lovely formations that still exist a little farther from shore, get a snorkel and swim over the reef—just be careful not to inflict further damage to it or hurt yourself by stepping on it.
