Phangan Buri Resort and Health Spa

Fodor's Review:

This is the latest multimillion-baht, modern hotel development in Haad Rin. What you get is an international-standards hotel room, complete with modern amenities, but sadly lacking the Thai island vibe. Still, rooms have touches of Thai style, including Thai art on the walls. A computer in every room helps e-mail-addicted travelers stay in touch with their less fortunate friends and family back home. Deluxe beachfront rooms have sea views and are next to the seaside swimming pool and spa, where a variety of treatments are available. Pros: feels new; nice views. Cons: a bit generic; room decor could be nicer.
