Chinese box lanterns and Thai teak benches with silk cushions fill this boutique hotel's modern entrance hall and open-front bar and lounge. Some rooms have ocean views, and garden bungalows are also available. The price drops by 25% during the week, which is when you'd want to come anyway. The Thai and international restaurant specializes in seafood. Pros: super-cool decor; inexpensive. Cons: not all rooms have sea views; no fancy amenities.
