Getting Here & Around

Buses leave regularly from Bangkok's Southern Terminal. The journey takes between six and nine hours; most buses leave at night so you'll arrive early in the morning, and tickets are between B300 and B600. Though buses are cheaper and more reliable, the Southern Line train from Bangkok's Hualamphong Station stops here, too. In Chumphon proper, tuk-tuks are a ubiquitous and easy way to get around.
