Little Duck, in downtown Chiang Rai, combines modern convenience with traditional Lanna design. There are even a few touches of Tibetan arts that make the place eclectic. The rooms are bright and cheery, with light-wood furnishing. Service is brisk and businesslike, as befits a hotel that handles many conventions. The travel desk organizes excursions into the neighboring hills.
