Fodor's Review:

Mae Sai's top hotel is a long walk from the center of town and the markets, but the friendly staff arranges transport to both. The newly refurbished (in 2007) rooms are decorated in soothing pastel colors and many have fine views of the town and neighboring Myanmar. Pros: pleasant riverside walks; helpful travel desk. Cons: staff have limited English-language skills.
