Pai Corner

Fodor's Review:

German Thomas Casper ("Tom" to his regulars) has been running this simple, thatch bar and restaurant for more than 15 years, and he's such a mine of information that he wrote the town's definitive guidebook. German specialties figure largely (literally) on the menu, but classic Northern Thai dishes such as khao soy (spicy soup with crispy noodles and chicken) can also be found.
