Of all the restaurants bordering the lake, Sang Chan is probably the best. Fishing nets draping the exterior signal what to expect on the menu-lake fish predominate, and the freshly caught tilapia with garlic and pepper is a treat. The pillared dining room, its walls almost entirely of glass, has a pleasantly Italianate feeling. On warm evenings it's an unforgettable experience to watch the sun set over the lake from the garden terrace.
