This friendly hotel is a good value; however, ask to look at several rooms as there is a tremendous difference in quality, not always dictated by price. "VIP" rooms have carpeting and minibars. There's an enormous pool in the middle of it all, possibly the largest in Isan. The hotel is on the bypass at the edge of town. Pros: giant swimming pool; VIP rooms very spacious; poolside restaurant. Cons: far from town and from shops and restaurants; hard to find transport into town at night.
