Fodor's Review:

The dark, polished-granite lobby of this modern high-rise leads to a relaxing lounge. Check out the signed photos of Thai celebrity guests behind the front desk. The light and airy rooms are decorated mostly in primrose and pale woods; Japanese-style window screens can be opened to provide a commanding view of the city. The hotel is popular with visiting U.S. servicemen and women in November and December. Pros: nice city views; eclectic choice of international buffet restaurants; massage parlor on premises. Cons: small pool; walk-in booking often not available; far from main restaurants and bars.
